We do not work directly with travel insurers but our services may be covered.
If you are ill while on holiday, check in with your insurer. They will be able to advise you on the best way forward.
Many insurers will reimburse you on presentation of an invoice from a local provider like Huxley Medical.
We are registered providers with Air Doctor, a platform which provides medical care directly to clients of a number of travel insurers. Again, you will need to check with your insurer to check whether this is included in your policy.
We do not currently work with Spanish health insurers, but can issue an invoice if you have a reimbursement policy.
If you have a medical emergency, don’t delay your treatment by contacting your insurer. Head to your nearest Accident and Emergency department just as you would at home.
-
We do not accept the Global Health Insurance Card or the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
These both entitle travellers to medically necessary public health services while travelling. For example, emergency treatment at a public hospital.

You can pay by card, bank transfer or cash.
